	Lipscomb University Lipscomb University commissioned BDY and the local architectural firm of Tuck•Hinton to design its new 5,000-seat arena facility. The arena is a multi-purpose building that will provide space for collegiate sports including basketball and volleyball, and houses the University’s daily chapel services. The arena is designed to fit with Lipscomb’s master plan and the design guidelines of the University. The project includes a 400 space 4-level connected parking garage. The garage was designed with 4 at-grade entries utilizing the existing site topography. The total project cost was $14 million.
