	Rockhurst Townhouse Village Townhouse Village reflects the commitment of Rockhurst College to remain in the mid-city area by enlarging its campus and changing its physical character into a much stronger residential college. The site, bounded by the Paseo, 52nd, Lydia and 53rd Streets, is an extremely important addition to the Kansas City Parks and Boulevard system because of its exposure to The Paseo and the surrounding neighborhoods. The complex includes 44 two-story, brick and stucco townhouse units of one, two and three bedroom mix, that form four buildings surrounding interior courtyards. The Paseo-face of the project presents detailed home scale to the community, while the interior courtyards on the campus side provide private landscaped areas for the residents. The Village includes a community building with laundry, offices, lounges, restrooms, game rooms and other amenities.
