	Pinnacle Casino Berger Devine Yaeger, Inc., teamed with Marnell Architects of Las Vegas, NV, completed the design of the Pinnacle Hotel and Casino in downtown St. Louis, MO through the design development phase. Located adjacent to the Mississippi River, the $400 million development will consist of a 200-room luxury hotel and adjoining spa, a 72,000 SF casino with dining venues and night club, and additional retail shopping. The casino floor will be a floating structure in accordance with Missouri Gaming Laws, but will be contained within a fixed overhead structure and surrounding walls, so that the entire development fits harmoniously within the downtown architectural environment. The project is part of a major effort to redevelop the downtown river front of St. Louis and create a new addition to the city's skyline.
