	Citizens Telephone Citizens Telephone, based in Higginsville, Missouri, has renovated and expanded its offices, utilizing a design/build method of project delivery, to better serve its customers, both from a site accessibility and interior customer service standpoint. After a series of previous additions, this 1,200 SF expansion creates a more efficient 4,825 SF interior plan, and also provides a cohesive framework to the previous additions. With this new building image and emphasis on customer service, Citizens telephone is posed to embrace the future in telecommunications service.
