On the majority of projects, BDY provides pre-design services of site planning, facility conditions reports, programming and master planning.

Berger Devine Yaeger’s commissions include commercial and corporate facilities, multi-family housing, educational complexes, churches, retail centers, and sports and entertainment facilities. In addition to new construction, BDY provides design services for remodeling, renovation and restoration.
